The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown shops. i found the staff to be very friendly . i also appreciated the complimentary bus passes. It was a nice surprise.

The room's lighting was quite dim. water pressure in the shower wasn't great. It took a while for the water to get hot. the decor seemed a bit dated. It could use some updating.

the location was fantastic for walking downtown and exploring shops! i found it very convenient to browse nearby restaurants. the staff were friendly! the split room layout offered designated space.

the lights in the room were quite dull, fine for the night, but not ideal during the day.
